Estimate requests and contact information
Our estimate forms ask for your name and phone number. Depending on the form, you may also provide an email address, property address, service selection and project details. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss the property and requested work, and arrange next steps. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or insurance account credentials through these forms.
Valid estimate requests are saved in a private WordPress inbox for site administrators before an email notification is attempted. Saved requests include the information you provide, the submission date, the page used, email-notification status and follow-up status. This allows the business to respond even if an email notification fails. These records remain until an administrator deletes them; email correspondence and hosting backups may contain separate copies. Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services.
Website analytics, cookies and technical information
The site uses a Google tag through Site Kit to help measure website use. Browser and device information, pages visited, and interactions such as clicking a phone link or successfully submitting an estimate request may be processed for analytics. The custom contact events added to this site do not include your name, phone number, email, address or message.

Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver pages, troubleshoot errors and prevent misuse. The estimate form uses short-lived security tokens, an anonymous submission-confirmation token that expires after 30 minutes, and a hashed request-rate record that expires after five minutes. These temporary records do not contain the contact details entered in the form.
Links and embedded services
Google Maps, Google business reviews, social profiles and other external services have their own privacy practices. When you use an embedded service or follow an external link, that provider may receive technical information about your visit.
